1. ORGANISATIONAL OVERVIEW
The AfriEmpire Department of Policing Marshals is a continental volunteer framework dedicated to strengthening citizens’ crime reporting culture and advancing public feedback mechanisms to enhance accountability and collaboration with security agencies across Africa.
We serve as a neutral people-to-government bridge, enabling community-led intelligence, humanitarian responsiveness, and poverty reduction strategies in collaboration with:
• African Federal & State Security Agencies (Police, Civil Defence, Armed Forces, Immigration, Anti-Corruption Agencies, etc.)
• Civil Society Organisations (CSOs)
• Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs)
• Community-Based Organisations (CBOs)
• Faith-Based Organisations (FBOs)
• Traditional Leadership Structures
• Private Sector CSR Donors
• Ordinary Citizens
The organisation operates through digital feedback platforms, grassroots volunteers, and public security partnerships, combining community policing intelligence with humanitarian coordination.

3. VISION & MISSION
To build a safer, resilient and inclusive Africa through empowered community-driven policing, actionable intelligence, and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
MISSION:
To pioneer Community Special Intelligence Policing Feedback Mechanisms (CSI-PFM) that prevent crime, reduce insecurity, improve humanitarian access, and tackle poverty through citizens’ engagement, transparency, and accountability partnerships.

Nigeria (Case Study): Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorism, banditry & kidnappings, farmer–herder clashes, separatist violence, urban crime, cybercrime, youth/women unemployment.
Continental Hotspots: Sahel insurgency, Al-Shabaab in Horn of Africa, armed groups in Central Africa, instability in North Africa, violent crime in Southern Africa.
