SECTION 2.3 — POWERS OF THE CONTINENTAL HIGH THRONE HEAD
The Continental Throne Head shall have the authority to:
- Issue Royal Directives & Monarchical Orders
- Establish new Departments, Agencies & Councils
- Recognize and certify Traditional Rulers & Sacred Custodians
- Preserve African Cultural & Ancestral Integrity
- Appoint Continental and National Representatives
- Exercise spiritual leadership in alignment with indigenous African laws
- Protect the sovereignty of AfriEmpire and enforce ethical governance
- Sign Continental Executive Proclamations
- Conduct Royal Summits & Cultural Assemblies
- Declare special seasons, memorials & royal celebrations

- Law of Ancestral Reverence
African ancestors remain guardians of moral order. - Law of Communal Unity (Ubuntu Law)
